Balls on Sheehean: "Brilliant – Just Brilliant. His pass to Aki before Henshaw try was incredible skill. Carried well all night with one epic side step on the New Zealand captain. Will be disappointed with his tackle on Ioane"

Irish Times on Beirne: "Two trademark penalty turnovers at the breakdown, another turnover forced with a beautifully timed counter-ruck, 18 tackles and huge work-rate on both sides of the ball. Outstanding and a display for the ages."
Rugby Pass on Etzebeth: "Showed good turn of pace and made all his tackles."

Independent on van der Flier: "Yet again he was able to manufacture a performance stuffed to the brim with vital involvements. Got the first try and then set about keeping up the standard of work."
