LIST | 4 England stars who underperformed this weekend

Despite being England regulars, these four internationals did nothing to prove they should still be part of Eddie Jones squad for the conclusion of the Six Nations and beyond.
1. Owen Farrell (Saracens)
An easy place to start, but in truth, the England captain looked out of sorts long before he was sent off during Sarries shock 28-18 defeat at home to Wasps. Farrell cost his team five turnovers, had a number of wayward kicks and made just four metres from his five carries before seeing red for a reckless tackle. He won't play again now until the Autumn Internationals.
2. Billy Vunipola (Saracens)
With Farrell being sent off, the 27-year-old escaped the limelight with another sub-par display. When you consider all of the young, vibrant back-rowers plying their trade in the Premiership, on form alone Vunipola would be nowhere near the England squad. Conceding three turnovers and being penalised for FOUR penalties summed up his bad day at the office.

3. George Furbank (Northampton Saints)
As dangerous as he looks with the ball in hand, Furbank will have been disappointed with his performance during Saints 22-18 defeat against Exeter Chiefs The two-cap England fullback will be disappointed with the bread and butter of the high ball as he struggled to hold onto it, costing Saints five turnovers in front of an onlooking Eddie Jones.
4. Anthony Watson (Bath RFC)
The England fullback was once again outperformed by his back-three colleagues Ruaridh McConnochie and Semesa Rokoduguni during Bath's 41-27 away at Harlequins. Following a quiet opening 40, his match was ended at half time with concerns of a possible hamstring strain. It's been a while now since we've seen him at his best.
