These rugby players have stepped out what would be considered their niche, setting up exciting businesses that have done absolutely brilliant!
1. JACK NOWELL - FASHION
As well as being a part owner of The Swordfish Inn in his hometown of Cornwall, the England and Exeter speedster owns a urban streetwear brand called Mustard, which was established in 2015. You may have seen Stuart Hogg sporting a shirt from their newest range during his appearance on The Good, The Bad & The Rugby earlier this week.
2. JAMIE GEORGE - PHYSIOTHERAPY
The clinic, which offers first-class physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, is the joint venture of the England hooker and experienced physiotherapist and best friend Rhys Carter. The business has gone from strength to strength since being established in 2016 and recently expanded.
3. MANU TUILAGI - GIN
Tuilagi Gin, described as ‘True Samoan Spirit distilled in the heart of England, launched during lockdown after popping up on social media. A co-venture by Manu and a number of his brothers, we're yet to try it, but look forward too giving it a taste!
He set up the company “Cheeks on Seats” to allow tourists from across the world to view one of the most stunning examples of Georgian architecture in the country from the comfort of a top-of-the-range deckchair. Such a random idea...we love it!
It was through his involvement with sport that the Saracens captain developed his passion for coffee, developing a connection with how it enhanced his life be that a morning Americano with his family, an espresso to invigorate him before training or a flat white with friends. The business has seemed to do really well and having tried it personally, we can agree that it's next level.
What many people don't know is, our Radlett clinic was previously Radlett Physiotherapy.
Two of their star team members, Julie Stirling and Karen Michaels will be joining our team!
We're really looking forward to growing our team!
