Down the years an exclusive group of players has been composed of stars that have taken home the ultimate prizes in club and international rugby.
Here, EPCR takes a look at a few members of this elite club.
Jonny Wilkinson (RC Toulon and England)
Voted EPCR European Player of the Year in 2013 after steering RC Toulon to the first of their three consecutive European Cup successes - almost 10 years after dropping the goal that earned England their one World Cup so far. He kicked 11 points as Toulon overcame ASM Clermont Auvergne 16-15 in the 2013 final and followed up with 13 in their 23-6 victory over Saracens in the 2014 final.
Brad Thorn (Leinster Rugby and New Zealand)
By winning the European Cup with Leinster Rugby in 2012, when he packed down in the second row for their 42-14 final win over Ulster Rugby, Thorn became the first player to win a European Cup, World Cup and Super Rugby title. He had won the World Cup with New Zealand in 2011 and the Super Rugby title with Crusaders in 2008.
Bryan Habana (RC Toulon and South Africa)
A double European Cup winner with RC Toulon in 2014 and 2015, scoring five of his eight European tries in the latter season, when they beat ASM Clermont Auvergne 24-18 in the final. The wing had helped South Africa win the World Cup in 2007, equalling Jonah Lomu's record of eight tries in one tournament.
Lawrence Dallaglio (Wasps and England)
Captained Wasps to the European Cup in 2004 and 2007, and the Challenge Cup in 2003 in 12 years of European service for the English club. The No.8 was the only member of the England squad to play every minute of their 2003 World Cup-winning campaign.
Bakkies Botha (RC Toulon and South Africa)
Was a member of all three RC Toulon sides who won the European Cup in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The giant lock, who made 21 European appearances for the French club, had been a stalwart of the South Africa pack as they won the World Cup in 2007.
Josh Lewsey (Wasps and England)
A highly versatile back, Lewsey featured on the wing in Wasps' 27-20 European Cup final win over Toulouse in 2004 and in the centre in their 25-9 victory over Leicester Tigers in the 2007 final, but was England's full-back in their 20-17 2003 World Cup final success against Australia.
Juan Smith (RC Toulon and South Africa)
Also won the European Cup with RC Toulon in 2014 and 2015, having come out of retirement in 2013 after recovering from a serious Achilles tendon injury. The blind-side flanker was a key member of the South Africa side who beat England 15-6 in the 2007 World Cup final.
