Wales and Lions powerhouseTaulupe Faletau has responded to reports he has told Bath Rugby he wants to leave at the end of his current contract. Wales Online reported today: “Taulupe Faletau has given Bath notice he will be leaving them at the end of next season, with a return to the Dragons on the cards.” Responding to the claim, the 27-year-old said: “I’m really happy at Bath and enjoying my time here. I’ve got 18 months left on my contract and haven’t spoken to any other clubs. I remain focussed on my rehab and getting back fit.”

Chiefs loose forward Liam Messam is reportedly set to leave New Zealand at the end of the Super Rugby season and join Toulon. Messam played 43 tests for the All Blacks between 2008 and 2015, and is the Chiefs’ most-capped player in history, with 161 appearances since his debut in 2006. FULL STORY
