Transfer Rumours: Bath linked with 50-cap All Black

Bath Rugby have been linked with a move to sign All Black fly half Aaron Cruden.

According to today’s Rugby Paper the 50 cap All Black is being lined up to replace out-going Wales number 10 Rhys Priestland whose future destination is still unknown, but it has been confirmed he will be leaving the Gallagher Premiership club.

Cruden is currently playing his club rugby for Top 14 side Montpellier.

During his international career he won the Rugby World Cup with New Zealand in 2011 and finished appearing against the British and Irish Lions.

Bath had been linked with South African fly half Handre Pollard but that deal is now reported to be dead in the water.
