England prop Sarah Beckett took on an online troll and won.
The account of someone named ‘SB’, who has been accused of sending abuse to other female players previously, has now deleted his account after being publicly called out.
Her tweet, summing up the hypocrisy of his nasty, uncalled for tweets is absolutely spot on.
One player to send his support was Gloucester star Ed Slater, who tweeted: “Some dickheads out there. You’re a hell of a player and you’re achieving so much more than that sad excuse of a man. Keep up the good work and happy birthday.”
