The All Blacks have confirmed four players will miss next weekend's Bledisloe Cup clash with Australia following their emphatic 50-19 victory at Eden Park.
Head coach Dave Rennie has been forced into four changes to his squad ahead of the second Test in Sydney.
Two players have failed head injury assessments, while another two are nursing injuries.
The setbacks come after New Zealand ran riot against the Wallabies, scoring seven tries in Auckland.
Four All Blacks ruled out
Asafo Aumua
The hooker has failed his second head injury assessment and must serve a minimum 12-day stand-down period.
George Bell has been called into the squad as his replacement.
Anton Segner
The loose forward has also failed his second head injury assessment.
Segner faces the same minimum 12-day stand-down period, with Du'Plessis Kirifi drafted in as cover.
Ethan Blackadder
Blackadder suffered a calf injury during the warm-up before Saturday's victory.
The forward will not travel to Sydney, with Jamie Hannah called into Rennie's squad.
Leroy Carter
Perhaps the biggest concern surrounds Carter, who suffered a high ankle sprain while scoring during the second half.
The winger was hurt following a tackle from Rob Valetini, with Rennie initially fearing a serious injury.
Anton Lienert-Brown has been recalled as his replacement.
Rennie faces selection headache
The four withdrawals leave Rennie with decisions to make ahead of the return fixture.
Carter's absence is particularly frustrating after the winger impressed during New Zealand's dominant victory.
Meanwhile, the loss of Aumua and Segner adds to the pressure on the All Blacks' forward depth.
New Zealand will now look to complete a Bledisloe Cup double when the two rivals meet again in Sydney.
