Nick Easter AXED from latest coaching role

Newcastle are to set to let former England international Nick Easter go at the end of the season, according to the Mail Online.

The defence coach is the latest departure from the cost-cutting club, following announcements about full-back Mike Brown, scrum-half Louis Schreuder and No10 Will Haydon-Wood.

Easter, who has coached all over the world since hanging up his boots, is thought to be keen to stay in the Premiership if possible.

There could be further departures at Kingston Park as London Irish want flanker Josh Basham.

DID YOU KNOW? His great grandfather, Pieter Le Roux, played for the Springboks
