Fullback: Mike Brown – 6/10

Started the game well, however, his afternoon was cut short after landing on his neck.

Wing: Anthony Watson – 6.5/10

Moved to full back after Brown’s injury and instantly saw more of the ball – making two good line-breaks.

Centre: Jonathan Joseph – 5/10

Hardly noticed he was playing.

Centre: Henry Slade – 5.5/10

Looked much more comfortable at 13 in the closing stages, but failed to impress at 12. He had one great opportunity to set up Nathan Hughes in the second half, but threw the ball into touch.  He was fortunate to get away with a suspect forward pass for Semesa Rokoduguni’s try but it goes down as an assist.

Wing: Elliot Daly – 6.5/10

Spent the afternoon looking for work and was happy to do so coming in off the left wing. Never made the impact he wanted though.
