“F***ing” – What England captain Owen Farrell said to Henry Arundell has been revealed

According to a report from the Mail Online, Henry Arundell found himself visibly upset following a demanding training session before the World Cup.

During this practice, Owen Farrell instructed him to ‘chase those f***ing kicks,’

The leadership style of the England captain, which tends to be confrontational and demanding, resulted in heightened emotions during the session.

However, sources familiar with the incident stress that Arundell was not singled out for special treatment, as Farrell held all his teammates to high standards.

Earlier in the week, former England fly half Andy Goode alleged that Arundell had been somewhat overlooked by coach Steve Borthwick during the World Cup due to a training dispute with Farrell, a narrative vehemently denied by all parties involved.

Despite the controversy, the 32-year-old Arundell is set to assume the fly half role in Sunday’s quarter-final against Fiji, displacing George Ford to the bench.

The RFU declined to comment on the matter, as reported by the Mail Online.

Expected England team to play Fiji:

15. Freddie Steward

14. Jonny May

13. Joe Marchant

12. Manu Tuilagi

11. Elliot Daly
