France have been dealt a major blow to their Six Nations hopes on Saturday after centre Wesley Fofana ruptured an achilles.
His partnership with Clermont teammate Rémi Lamerat was a major success for France during the November Tests, making his injury a potential disaster two weeks ahead of the Six Nations for France head coach Guy Novès.
