10. Jonny Wilkinson – Shelley Jenkins

In 2013, Wilkinson married his girlfriend of eight years, scaffolding company heiress Shelley Jenkins, in a private ceremony at the town hall of the French resort of Bandol. Only two guests, one of them Wilkinson’s mother, were present at the ceremony officiated by Bandol mayor Christian Palix. They has a son in 2019, reportedly called James while still living in France.

The 2003 Rugby World Cup hero has gone on to follow in Greenwood’s footsteps in the media world, working most recently at the 2019 World Cup as an ITV studio pundit alongside fellow Guinness Six Nations greats Paul O’Connell and Brian O’Driscoll.

9. Matt Dawson – Carolin Hauskeller,

He is married to German-born former model, Carolin Hauskeller, and the couple have two sons, Alex and Sam. The couple confirmed they were splitting up in September 2020 after 11 years together.

The former scrum half has been a team captain in the Sue Barker-presented programme since 2004 but has also dabbled in other areas of the media, appearing on Strictly and Celebrity Masterchef in 2006.

He married wife Fiona after he proposed to her the morning after the World Cup final. He was later reported to have a French girlfriend named Esther during his time in France with Toulon.

The 42-year-old acted as an ambassador for the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation and has also been appointed as sports ambassador for security and facilities management services company Transguard.

3. Phil Vickery – Kate Vickery

Vickery is married to vet Kate and they have two children. Enjoys nothing more than walking her dog and feeding the ducks in the local pond.
