Young Leicester Tigers back-rower George Martin could make his international debut against Wales being named among the replacements.
Originally included in the Shadow Squad, alongside Tigers team mate Joe Heyes, ahead of the tournament, the 19-year-old has been promoted to the top squad after two fixtures.
Asa result, he won’t be available for Leicester Tigers Gallagher Premiership game against Wasps on Saturday at Welford Road.
