Richie McCaw, the renowned All Blacks legend, recently revealed that he has successfully dropped 20 kilograms in weight since retiring, primarily by shedding what he referred to as his “non-essential rugby muscle.”

The former athlete, once weighing 110 kilograms, now maintains a trimmer physique, hovering around the 90-kilogram mark after shedding the surplus weight.
