Kate and William, who attended a match in Cardiff last weekend to cheer on opposing teams, are presently in South Wales for a succession of official events preceding St. David’s Day.

The Prince of Wales acknowledged that Kate had been teasing him throughout the weekend following Wales’s loss of 10-20 to England in the Six Nations rugby union championship on Saturday.

“Not a lot. We’ve been talking about it all weekend.”

William went further, telling one of his hosts: “I’ve been getting non-stop grief all weekend about that.”
