Danny Cipriani releases statement following court hearing in Jersey

England fly-half Danny Cipriani has released a statement following his guilty pleas to assault and resisting arrest outside a Jersey nightclub.

Cipriani - signed from Wasps this summer in a huge coup for the Kingsholm club - will have to pay a £2,000 fine and £250 in compensation to a female police officer left with a bruise in the 1am altercation on Wednesday.

Jordie Barrett over Damian de Allende is far from being correct. The hype around Dupont is also overreaching, he's probably 4th in the world and has been since the 2023 WC. He also avoids certain matchups which is strange. The rest of the list is pretty good apart from minor subjective biases.
