2018 has seen only seven players make their England debuts, and while some have floundered, others are now quickly becoming regulars under Eddie Jones.
7. Ted Hill (Worcester Warriors)
The 19-year-old flanker came off the bench for the final five minutes against Japan as England bounced back from a 15-10 deficit to win 35-15 on Saturday. He's got a bright future ahead!
6. Ben Spencer (Saracens)
The scrum-half won both of his two caps as a late replacement during England's tough tour to South Africa in the summer.
5. Zach Mercer (Bath Rugby)
Finally made his debut after being an apprentice for the last 12 months. A very exciting prospect.
4. Ben Moon (Exeter Chiefs)
Played consistently well in all four of England's Autumn Internationals. Would be unlucky to be left out of Jones' Six Nations squad.
3. Alec Hepburn (Exeter Chiefs)
The prop, who qualifies for England through his father, was originally from Perth and took up the game when 16 while at Gillotts School in Henley-on-Thames, where he went on to study PE, Film Studies and Chemistry. After impressing for the England Saxons in South Africa in 2016, Australian-born Alec Hepburn received his maiden call-up to the senior squad for the 2018 NatWest 6 Nations. He went onto make his debut against Italy in Rome and has won five caps since, winning five and losing one.
2. Brad Shield (Wasps)
The flanker his debut for England in the first Test of the 2018 summer tour to South Africa, coming on as a replacement in the narrow defeat to the Springboks at Ellis Park. Brad was then named as a starter for the second Test against South Africa the following week, playing an hour before being substituted, before missing the final Test through illness. he then won three further caps this Autumn.

Joltin’ Joe, the heavyweight weapon on the wing, the 21-year-old showed in his two games that he has the X-factor to boost England’s World Cup hopes. Raw but thrilling.
