#1. Feʻao Vunipola (Tonga) & Billy and Mako Vunipola (England)
35-cap Tonga hooker Fe'ao played at the 1995 Rugby World Cup and 1999 Rugby World Cup. He is the father of England duo Mako Vunipola and Billy Vunipola, and is married to Rev. Iesinga Vunipola, Methodist minister and chaplain to the UK Tongan community.
#2. Marcus Smith (England) & Jeremy Smith (Hong Kong)
The Harlequins number 10 made his debut for England today against The USA. His Dad, Jeremy Smith lived in Hong Kong from 1992-97, playing for Valley and the national side at fly-half.
#3. Taulupe Faletau (Wales) & Kuli Faletau (Tonga)
His dad, Kuli, played 20 Tests for Tonga. After RWC 1999, he and his family moved to Wales where he played for Ebbw Vale and Pontypool.
#4. Scott Sio (Australia) & David Sio (Samao)
Powerhouse Wallabies prop Scott son of the former Samoan prop David Sio, who played in the 1991 Rugby World Cup and also the cousin of up and coming player Fereti Sa'aga who has also represented Australia on the Junior stage.
#5. Michael Lynagh (Australia) & Louis Lynagh (England)
The idea of former Australia fly-half Michael Lynagh’s son playing for anyone other than the Wallabies may seem ludicrous given what he achieved with the green and gold in his playing days. But son Louis is progressing well in the England age-grade system having grown up in London. He’s stormed into the England U20s, whilst playing for Harlequins. Michael currently works as an analyst for Sky Sports.
