England star Hannah Botterman and fiancée Georgia Evans are preparing for an exciting new chapter away from rugby.
The popular Red Roses prop announced her engagement to Wales international Evans earlier this year after popping the question during a trip to Zakynthos.
Now Evans has opened up about the proposal, their wedding plans and hopes of starting a family together.
Speaking to the BBC, Evans admitted she had absolutely no idea what Botterman had planned.
“I had no idea,” she said.
“I thought she was acting a bit strange but I just thought it was because we were on holiday.
“It was like a fever dream. All our family and friends were there, which made it even more special.”
Wedding preparations are now beginning, with Evans revealing Wales teammates Alisha Joyce and Meg Webb will be among her bridesmaids.
But the couple are already looking beyond the big day.
They have bought a house together and have started exploring their options for having children, with Botterman undergoing initial IVF pre-scans.
Evans added: “Hannah has had some pre-scans for IVF, so we are starting that process and seeing where it takes us.”
She also joked there could already be an international tug-of-war if they do have children.
“They’ll definitely be wearing Wales jerseys,” Evans joked.
The update comes as Botterman continues her return from a lengthy injury absence.
The 27-year-old made her comeback against Australia before starting against Canada last weekend, scoring as England were held to a dramatic 26-26 draw at Sandy Park.
That result ended the Red Roses’ remarkable 40-match winning streak, although John Mitchell's side remain unbeaten.
Attention now turns to the Black Ferns, with England facing New Zealand at Allianz Stadium this weekend.
Botterman and Evans aren't the only rugby power couple connected with the Red Roses.

Canadian-born Carson previously represented Canada before qualifying for England and establishing herself as a regular member of Mitchell's squad.

Claudia Moloney-MacDonald married Ireland international Cliodhna Moloney-MacDonald in 2025.
That created one of the more unusual family situations in international rugby.

Red Roses speedster Jess Breach has been in a long-term relationship with former Harlequins forward Archie White.
