#1. Jonathan Joseph to Toulon
According to The Rugby Paper, Toulon have opened talks with England centre Jonathan Joseph about leaving Bath and moving to the Cote d’Azur this summer. The 29-year-old was selected for British Lions in 2017, won the last of his 54 England caps against Wales in Llanelli last November.
#2. Pablo Matera to Harlequins
The Argentina captain could be heading to the Premiership after playing in Super Rugby for the Crusaders next season. Mater has two Premiership sides, Harlequins and London Irish, chasing him as well as Munster. Quins are thought to be the favourites to sign him at this stage.
#3. Richard Wigglesworth to Sale Sharks
The former England international has no plans to hang up his playing boots and move into coaching full-time for at least the next year. Reports suggest Wigglesworth could rejoin Sale Sharks, who he almost joined last summer, as cover for their star man Faf de Klerk.
#4.Josh Iosefa-Scott to Exeter Chiefs
Exeter Chiefs are set to sign 6'4, 128kg prop Iosefa-Scott, according to multiple sources Iosefa-Scott, who made was first named in a Highlanders squad in 2019, appeared for the side in Super Rugby Aotearoa in 2020 but did not return for the 2021 campaign.
#5. Rory Sutherland to Worcester Warriors
The Rugby Paper have reported that Worcester Warriors are interested in bringing Scotland and Edinburgh loosehead prop Rory Sutherland to Sixways ahead of next season. Sutherland, who has been called up for the 2021 Lions tour, is well renowned for his ball carrying skills and scrummaging ability, which has seen him capped three times for his country.
