Here are five things you should know about the 28-year-old Glasgow and Scotland scrum-half.

Price was born on 12 May 1993 in King's Lynn, Norfolk, England. He was educated at Wisbech Grammar School, an independent school in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. He is eligible to play for Scotland through his Scottish mother.

When he was 16/17, the Scotland scrum-half worked as a baker at the

Krusty Loaf

. He only lasted about a month, mainly due to the early 3am wake-up calls. Price was the guy who put in the yeast, eggs, water and flour then kneaded it all together.

At the beginning of his rugby career, Price was nicknamed ‘Sonic’ due to his sharp turn of pace, but more importantly his spiky hair. More recently, his infectious smile earns him the nickname ‘Smiler’ at Glasgow.

However, his nickname amongst his team mates at Glasgow is "Ah-ha-li Price" in reference to another famous Norfolk resident, Alan Partridge.

The scrum-half is currently dating Content Creator/Youtuber Anneka Madgett - who covers a variety of topics including self love, mental health, fashion, makeup, food & fitness!

Price initially started his career with Saracens before joining Bedford Blues.
