Northampton Saints are set for a significant overhaul of their playing squad that will end in at least five senior players leaving…

#1. Reuben Bird-Tulloch

The English-qualified centre was part of the Academy set-up at Saracens since the age of 13, also captaining England at both Under-16 and Under-17 level. Bird-Tulloch also represented England Under-18s during the 2016 Five Nations Festival.
After joining Northampton from Saracens academy in 2019, Bird-Tulloch went on to make his debut in the Premiership Rugby Cup before earning his Premiership debut in the 27-3 victory over London Irish following the restart of rugby in 2020. Since then, he has spent time on loan at Championship outfits Ampthill and more recently Bedford Blues this season.
He will join Ealing Trailfinders ahead of the 2021/22 season.

#2. Ryan Olowofela

Former England 7s flyer Olowofela, Saint #2013, made his Club debut in the same fixture as Bird-Tulloch, racking up ten senior appearances in total since. The 23-year-old wing’s only score in Northampton colours came against Harlequins during the 2019/20 campaign.

#3. Shaun Adendorff

The forward said he would like to leave a legacy at Franklin’s Gardens after he arrived last summer. Instead, one-year later he's set to join French side Nevers on a two-year deal.

#4. Tui Uru

And 23-year-old back row Uru (Saint #2017) departs with four senior appearances to his name for Saints, three of which came in the Gallagher Premiership during the 2019/20 campaign.

#5. Tom Wood

The flanker a mainstay of the Saints side in 2019/20, starting in 18 of the club's 23 matches in all competitions to trigger a one-year extension. However, there has been no talk of a new deal, which could mean Wood may be about to end his 11 year stint at Franklin's Gardens.
