Match Officials confirmed for URC Quarter-Finals this weekend

The match officials for the BKT United Rugby Championship quarter-finals have been confirmed, with a spread of experienced referees and TMO teams set to take charge across a blockbuster weekend of knockout rugby.

The action begins on Friday night in Glasgow, where Glasgow Warriors host Connacht at Scotstoun Stadium. Welsh official Adam Jones will referee his 51st league match, supported by assistant referees Ben Breakspear and Craig Evans, with Aled Griffiths on TMO duties.

Saturday’s double-header opens in Pretoria, where Vodacom Bulls meet Munster at Loftus Versfeld. Italian referee Andrea Piardi takes charge of his 62nd league game, assisted by Federico Vedovelli and Fillipo Russo, with Matteo Liperini as TMO.

Later in the day, the DHL Stormers face Cardiff Rugby at DHL Stadium in Cape Town. Ireland’s Eoghan Cross is the match official for his 40th league outing, with Andrew Brace and Andrew Cole as assistants and Leo Colgan on TMO.

The weekend concludes in Dublin, where Leinster host the Fidelity SecureDrive Lions at the Aviva Stadium. Scottish referee Sam Grove-White oversees his 63rd league match, supported by Hollie Davidson and Ru Campbell, with Mike Adamson handling TMO responsibilities.
