England Rugby World Cup winner Mike Tindall has revealed that his three children with wife Zara have inherited the family's fiercely competitive streak.
The former England centre has opened up about life with Mia, 12, Lena, eight, and Lucas, five.
And it seems rugby is never far away, even when the children are getting ready for bed.
Tindall, who helped England win the 2003 Rugby World Cup, admits that even simple family activities can become competitive.
Mike Tindall reveals competitive family life
Speaking at the Henley Literary Festival, Tindall joked about how competition has become part of everyday life.
He said: "Even if it's just a race upstairs to bed, there will be ankle taps."
However, the former Gloucester captain suggested that wife Zara, an Olympic silver medallist, might be the most competitive member of the family.
According to People magazine, he joked: "And if they are as competitive as their mother, then we are all f-----!"
The comments came during an appearance alongside James Haskell and Alex Payne, his co-hosts on The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast.
Children following in sporting footsteps
Sport has always played a major role in the Tindall household.
Both Mia and Lena have previously played rugby at Minchinhampton Rugby Club.
Speaking on The One Show, Tindall previously explained how getting his daughters to training was sometimes difficult.
He said: "They love it when they get there, but every rugby parent will know that battle."
However, Mia has since stopped playing following the introduction of contact rugby.
Youngest child Lucas has also shown an interest in the sport.
Meanwhile, both daughters enjoy horse riding, following in the footsteps of their Olympic medal-winning mother.
Tindall earned 75 England caps during his career, representing Bath and Gloucester before retiring in 2014.
