However, the English prop remains sidelined with a wrist injury and won't feature in the trip to Agen this weekend, as reported by
Le Télégramme.
Vunipola hasn't played for Vannes since January, missing six games in a row since.
The news follows confirmation that Leicester Tigers have secured Vunipola’s signature ahead of next season. He will join from Vannes, where he has made 32 appearances since arriving from Saracens.
During his time with Saracens, Vunipola enjoyed a highly successful spell, winning four Premiership titles (2015, 2016, 2018, 2019) and playing in three of those finals.
He also lifted the European Rugby Champions Cup on three occasions, with victories over Racing 92 in 2016, ASM Clermont Auvergne in 2017, and Leinster in 2019.
A former England international and British & Irish Lions representative, Vunipola brings extensive elite-level experience, having earned nine Test caps across three Lions tours.
