Rhys Webb will NOT be dramatically aborting his dream move to Toulon and instead of joining the Dragons.
The Welsh Rugby Union’s 60-cap selection rule for exiled players means the 29-year-old scrum-half will see his Wales career effectively end when he heads for the Cote d’Azur in the summer.

His agent Derwyn Jones responded to the suggestions the player was about to embark on a change of course by posting on Twitter: “Rumours on social media are untrue about @Rhys Webb_9 signing for @dragonsrugby.
“He has signed with Toulon from 2018/19 onwards.”
