Maro Itoje was on the scoresheet as he made his first Premiership start since October last year before being forced off in the second-half.
As Eddie Jones watched from the Recreation Ground stands, the 26-year-old second-row was worryingly replaced with an upper body injury.
Itoje got up from taking a double tackle after 47 minutes, and immediately felt the area between shoulder and neck gingerly.
On the injury, Saracens boss Mark McCall said: “I am not sure if Maro is a shoulder or a pec. We are just trying to find out how serious it is."
Pressed on the severity of the injury, he added: "I'd really not want to speculate."
Bath’s England wing Anthony Watson also went off, after a tweak to the left knee.
Their rugby director Stuart Hooper said after the game: “It’s definitely his knee, but I don’t think it is too bad. I think he is all right.”
Meanwhile, Exeter’s Cowan-Dickie also limped off with an ankle problem at Wasps on Saturday.

Maro starred alongside Amelia Windsor, cousin of Prince Harry, on a sports luxe-themed Tatler shoot for their October 2018 issue. Rumours in the press followed that the pair had begun dating, but this was never confirmed or denied by the second-row.
