Lock Ollie Chessum is one of seven players released from the England squad by Steve Borthwick
The Leicester forward has been excluded from England's Six Nations finale against Ireland in Dublin due to an ankle injury he sustained during training.
As a result, his teammate George Martin has been added to the squad.
The 30-man squad still includes seasoned players George Ford and Manu Tuilagi, who are in contention to make their comebacks.
The match against Grand Slam-chasing Ireland will take place at the Aviva Stadium at 17:00 GMT on Saturday.
