There could be a 'mini Rugby World Cup' staged this summer

Australia have proposed a mini Rugby World Cup this year to boost the coffers of international rugby unions.

The Wallabies are expected to host France for a three-test series in July, but have opened that invitation to anyone who'd be interested in playing in a 'mini World Cup'.
