We’re ten games into the 2021/22 Gallagher Premiership season, so we decided to take a quick look at some of the major transfers from the summer that may be considered flops so far.

#1. Mike Brown (Newcastle Falcons)

His time in the North East has been turbulent, to say the least, but his latest display against London Irish was beyond awful. It would be fair to say that Newcastle Falcons look like a weaker team whenever he's picked in the starting line-up. It's a signing that so far hasn't paid off for Dean Richards.

#2. Danny Cipriani (Bath RFC)

He has struggled to rediscover his best form in the black, blue and white shirt since joining in the summer. Although you could point to a number of injuries as the reason for his slow start, he has undoubtely proved to be a flop thus far. Like everybody, we hope he can help Bath climb the table soon!

#3. Ali Crossdale (Wasps)

Fans were buzzing with the signing of the England U20 flier, especially after his man of the match debut in which he scored a brace of tries against Bristol Bears. Nevertheless, it's been poor in the six games since after with Crossdale failing to the cross the whitewash again.

#4. Huw Jones (Harlequins)

The Scotland international centre arrived in London this summer looking to re-energise his career, but thus far it has been a struggle with the speedster scoring zero tries in his eight appearances.
