Line Of Duty Finale vibe???
What do we make of it???! Huge for Conan & Bundee...
Sam Simmonds named in @lionsofficial squad - interesting to see how he does on the international stage. Eddie Jones doesn't see him as part of the England team (for some reason) but Warren Gatland clearly thinks he is international quality. #bbcrugby #BritishAndIrishLions
🏅 Reigning European Player of the Year 🔝 2020/21 Premiership top try-scorer 🦁 British and Irish Lion Sam Simmonds is named in the 2021 #LionsRugby squad 👏 The @ExeterChiefs No.8 is called up by Warren Gatland having won the last of his seven England caps in 2018.
The final touches are being made to selection for our #LionsRugby 2021 squad. Here's a sneak peek inside the meeting...
What does sport mean? Rang my 80-year-old dad (who never touched a rugby ball in his life) to tell him Bundee had been picked for #TheLions. He was so delighted he nearly fell of the ladder at the hedge he had been trimming. #bundeeaki #connacht #LionsRugby #Lions2021 #Lions
Some big and shock decisions / omissions , but great to see so many players from all 4 countries.. Bring on the tour @lionsofficial Some questionable YES , but there’s a reason the Gatland has won so much in rugby.. It’s because he knows a lot more than us fans.. #LionsRugby
No Ringrose, Sexton or Ryan on the squad?🤨 Can always predict some ridiculous calls by Gatland. Clearly the squad was picked by coin toss.🤦🏼♂️ #LionsRugby #Lions2021 #Lions 🦁🦁 🏉🏉
Does this mean you’re asking me to report the news* again? (*the Lions tour) Unbelievably excited to be coming out of retirement for the Lions Series on @skysports this summer. Very best of luck to those chosen. Squad reaction 6pm on SS, with Warren Gatland.
Zander Fagerson. 2021 British and Irish Lion. Things you love to see 🤩
Our Lion Kings 🦁 Dan Biggar and Courtney Lawes are set to tour South Africa with @lionsofficial this summer 🙌
Feel a bit sorry for Jonny May
I can imagine this would be one of the best days in a players life. Absolutely fine to have an opinion but you don’t need to be a n#b about it. #LionsRugby 🦁 #BeKind
And whenever anybody says you’re not good/big/strong/clever enough, be like Sam. Never give up. Simmonds’ Law. The selection that made me smile most.
