Scotland star Stuart Hogg has revealed who he thinks is the hardest tackler in the British & Irish Lions squad.
The Lions fullback was talking – along with Ireland’s Conor Murray, England’s Elliott Daly and Wales and Lions legend Adam Jones during the ‘Smoothing Things Over’ video for Lions sponsors Whyte & Mackay.
When he was asked who he thought was the hardest tackler in the 2017 Lions squad was, it didn’t take him much thought.
He took a glance at Murray beside him and joked, “Not you anyway!”. Hogg continued
“CJ Stander, actually. I ran into him a couple of times and I came off second best.”
We wouldn’t like the South African-born back-rower to crunch us…that’s all we can say!
