This is my mini transformation Tuesday. I’ve always been so terrified of weight gain. On the left was during my uni exams and I was really restricting my calories whilst exercising and I was so miserable. On the right is now, I eat lots of healthy food and lots of calories and I think I am healthier and happier at this weight and it is much more maintainable 😊 obviously a bit of a tan difference but I think I look better on the right!
