Here are 5 former England rugby players you might see abroad or around the lower leagues coaching.
1. Geoff Parling (Melbourne Rebels)
In an era when southern hemisphere coaches are sprinkled all around the game in Europe, Geoff Parling has become something of a rarity - an English coach down under.
The former England and British and Irish Lions lock has just agreed last month to take up a role with Melbourne Rebels when he hangs up his boots with Japanese side Munakata Sanix Blues in January.
2. Luke Narraway (Dragons)
The former Gloucester and England forward Luke Narraway left Coventry Rugby took up a role at French Top 14 club Bordeaux Begles after retiring. He's since made the move to Wales.
3. George Chuter (Hinckley RFC)
England legend Chuter took over as director of rugby at Hinckley RFC in the summer of 2017.
4. Riki Flutey (Highlanders)
Former England and Hurricanes back Riki Flutey will be the new Highlanders skills coach in 2018. The 38-year-old takes over the job vacated by Cory Brown, who has joined the Sunwolves as an assistant coach.
5. Will Greenwood (Maidenhead RFC)
Despite being better known these days for being an analyst for Sky Sports, the World Cup-winning centre continues to pass on his knowledge as backs coach of
