Scotland international Matt Scott is reportedly leading a list of five Gloucester players who have been told they won’t be offered a contract extension at Kingsholm.
Director of rugby David Humphreys revealed this week that he informed the players who won’t be kept on so they can begin their search for new clubs.
Gloucestershire Live has reported that that centre Scott, flanker Jacob Rowan, hooker Motu Matu’u and locks Charlie Beckett and Tom Denton are heading for the exit door at Kingsholm.
“We do know at this stage now who we want to keep, we know which players are leaving and those players have been informed,” Humphreys said at the fans’ forum on Monday.
