Matthew Tait has signed a new contract at Leicester Tigers which will keep him at Welford Road until 2019.
The 32-year-old made his 100th Premiership appearance for Tigers in Sunday’s bonus point win at Saracens.
The versatile back told the Leicester Tigers Rugby Show that he knows his job at the club is different to when he joined in 2011.
“Obviously the role changes a little bit as you get older,” said Tait
“That role for me is basically coming off the bench and making an impact or being someone who can cover a number of positions.”
