Harlequins has today confirmed that Jonas Mikalcius has been released by the club.
The 24-year-old winger joined the London club’s Academy in 2016 and played for the Academy and Sevens teams.

He was injured while playing in the Premiership 7s in July 2017 and has been receiving treatment since.
A spokesman for Harlequins said, “We have supported Jonas with his rehabilitation over the past year and have provided advice and support on the options available to him.
“We thank him for his service to the club and wish him well with the next stage of his career.”
