Newcastle Falcons are set to become Tom Arscott’s eighth club when he moves to Kingston Park.
The speedster has been playing in France for Stade Rouennais this season following a short stint with Yorkshire Carnegie.
Arscott, who started his career at Plymouth Albion, has also had stints with Bristol, Worcester, London Welsh and Sale Sharks.
The 30-year-old brother of Luke Arscott was infamously sacked by Sharks in February 2017 over the alleged leak of information to Bristol.
