Talented Wales U20 star leaves Leicester Tigers
Leicester Tigers fly-half Sam Costelow has signed a two-year deal with Pro14 side the Scarlets, according to Wales Online.
The Wales U20s star, who has just turned 19, is seen as one of Welsh rugby’s most talented young players.
The former Wales U16s and U18s international has been on a Tigers Academy contract, while studying at Oakham School, in Rutland.
He has figured in a couple of games in their European campaign, coming on as a replacement for England’s Manu Tuilagi in the Challenge Cup clash with Pau out in France earlier this month.
