The British & Irish Lions kicked off their summer tour this morning with a narrow win against the Provincial Lions and Billy Vunipola wasn’t going to miss the match no matter what.
Vunipola was forced to withdraw from the Lions tour to New Zealand because of a shoulder injury.
The Saracens and England No 8 has been managing the injury but has now required further medical treatment.
