With the return of the domestic rugby season following the end of the Six Nations, we have not had to wait long for the EPCR Challenge Cup to come round on the rugby calendar. The round of 16 commences this weekend, with eight exciting fixtures lined up for the next three days.
Two Premiership sides feature in the competition, as Gloucester and Sale Sharks have found their spot in the next round of the tournament. However, these two sides had polarising routes to the round of 16, with Gloucester progressing out of the Challenge Cup pool stages, whilst Sale were relegated down from the Champions Cup.
