Popular rugby pundit and The Rugby Pod presenter Andy Goode has taken a shot back at a rival podcaster tonight on social media.
The 38-year-old took aim at controversial UK rugby writer Stephen Jones after a tweet advertising The RUCK podcast said: “Not including: Andy Goode on journalism.”
Goode reacted by tweeting: “Got sent this by a mate, I find it so cute that some people need help promoting their rugby podcasts! Bless him and his 10 listeners!.”

Here’s how Goode’s followers responded:
Careful Goodey…pride before a fall, BB proved it on Saturday! However in this case you may be right SJ is a bit of a 🔔 end….best keep podcasting to the real media mongols! @TheRugbyPod

The fact he’s a ‘journalist’ and has a locked account explains a lot as well😂

You’ve just given him the promotion and free marketing that he was looking for

He's an absolute prick. He can't have many mates in that profession surely?!

Stephen Jones always sounds like he is half way through a Werthers Original.
