1. Toby Flood, Newcastle - 193k
Making his return to Kingston Park, ex-England international Flood is set to be a key man for Dean Richards men this season.
A solid kicker, intelligent playmaker and all round general of the backline, the experienced 32-year-old will likely play in every game he's available for the men in black.
When you consider Owen Farrell, who made only seven Premiership appearances last season, will cost you 400k then surely Flood at less than half the price would be a much better addition to your squad.

2. Tom Curry, Sale Sharks - 150k
Having impressed on his England debut under Eddie Jones, Tom Curry looks set to push on this season.
The flanker, who made only nine appearances for the Sharks last season, is now likely to play a crucial role in Steve Diamond's XV.
Priced at a modest 150k in Aviva Premiership Fantasy Rugby from The Rugby Magazine, Curry could prove to be a tackling/turnover king if he gets minutes on the pitch.
3. Telusa Veainu, Leicester - £259k
Priced at £259k, the fullback may appear quite a pricey but in reality, he will be a bargain for what he brings on the pitch.
An injury hit season last term limited him to just five tries but the illusive back should be back to his best in what is an extremely talented Leicester backline.
The speedster is guaranteed to win you points.
4. Sam Underhill, Bath - £170k
Having made his Test debut during Eddie Jones' men's tour of Argentina over the summer, the powerful flanker will be looking to stamp his credentials on the Premiership.
Having established himself on Jones' radar, it's now time for him to prove himself as the man to be the next England number 7 as James Haskell nears his international end.
For an England international, £170k has to be considered a steal.
5. Faf de Klerk, Sale Sharks - £197k
Joining from Super Rugby runners up the Lions, the scrum-half is set to be the first choice for Sale this season.
After fighting his way into the Springbok team in the last two yeara, de Klerk, who has made 11 appearances for his country, has arguably been one of South Africa's best players in recent times.
When compared to other international nines, Danny Care £288k, Francois Hougaard £309k and Ben Youngs, £332K, de Klerk represents significant value for money.
