England and Harlequins Joe Marler will be free to play as soon as the rugby season resumes, reports to The Times.
The newspaper have learnt that a decision was reached after a secret Six Nations disciplinary review permitted the England prop to serve his full ten-week ban without missing a match.
Marler was given the lengthy ban for grabbing Alun Wyn Jones’ genitals during March’s 33-30 Six Nations win over Wales at Twickenham.
Manu Tuilagi, the England centre, who received a four-week ban for a dangerous tackle on George North in the same game, will also be available to play.

4. Burning twitter critic
In a reply to the appearance of Joe Marler on a BBC 5 Live show, a Tweeter observed that he thought the prop was a “absolute try hard weapon……….him not you obviously”.
Problem was that Marler was tagged in the Tweet and duly decided to reply.
“Very true mate. I try very hard……. to have regular vaginal intercourse with your mum, but she insists on having it in her arsehole every time! Mental.
