CONFIRMED: Premiership Cup match postponed

Following an earlier update, Bath has announced that their Premiership Rugby Cup match against Gloucester Rugby scheduled for tomorrow at 14:30 has been postponed.

In a statement the club said: “Despite huge efforts from our grounds team, it has not been possible to clear the volume of snow currently covering the pitch without causing substantial damage to the playing surface below.

“We know this will be disappointing news for those planning to attend and we are working hard to reschedule the match. 

“Our preference is to move the fixture to Sunday 3rd February at 14:30 and we are doing all that we can to make this happen. However, it is most likely that the fixture will need to be played on Monday 4th February at 19:45.”
