Will Muir has signed a “long-term” contract extension with Premiership side Bath.
The wing has excelled since making the switch from England Sevens to the Rec, scoring 13 tries in 30 appearances to date.
A fan favourite, the 26-year-old, who was the clubโs top try scorer in his debut season and is currently top of the try charts this term, didnโt manage an outing in front of supporters in 2020/21 due to Covid but has relished every moment since their return.
โUntil this season, I hadnโt played in front of the Bath supporters, and it has been an incredible experience,โ Muir said.
โAlthough the results havenโt gone our way, they have stuck by us through everything and itโs something Iโve never experienced before. They are what makes the club special.
โIโm really enjoying my rugby, and everything is in place for us to kick on over the next couple of seasons.
