Eben Etzebeth could be in hot water for ugly head hit on Liam Williams

South African lock Eben Etzebeth could be in hot water after his unnoticed head hit on Lions fullback Liam Williams tonight.
The Welshman was forced off for an HIA following the incident and wouldn't return to the field thereafter.
Etzebeth appears to make contact with Williams head before clattering him into the floor.
Lions fans have called for the incident to be looked at by the citing commissioner. What do you think?!
