England and Scotland fought out an astonishing 38-38 draw at Twickenham in the most remarkable match in their 148-year rivalry.
The hosts raced into a 31-point lead in as many minutes but following a second-half collapse Owen Farrell poor display didn’t go unnoticed.
And now England fans are not sure if he’s captain material.
Is Owen Farrell not the right person to lead @EnglandRugby ? I personally think he is not a captain. Not sure who I would choose.— Graham Pike (@bristolpike) March 16, 2019
I've thought it for a while and I have said it before Owen Farrell is not a good captain he makes too many silly errors in decisions and play making.#6Nations— Unfortunate Spurs Fan (@yidoyidoyido1) March 16, 2019

England need more intelligence on the field, not adaptable enough. Owen Farrell too much to do, Joe Launchbury as captain. World Cup will not be easy.
Time for Danny Cip ?
Well played Scotland.

Owen Farrell should never, ever, ever captain the English rugby team again, he is devoid of every characteristic a good captain should have. #engvsco— Michael Armstrong (@jmagla) March 16, 2019
Owen Farrell is a great rugby player.— ken john (@kenjohn54148265) March 16, 2019
He is NOT a captain, however, and suffers from a lack of intelligence..
Owen Farrell can’t string a coherent sentence together let alone be England captain.— NoARGcorrupta (@NOaARGcorrupta) March 16, 2019
Owen Farrell. Poor decisions and not a captain for me, better player without that pressure I feel. Just my opinion tho.— Mark Davies (@qupe75) March 16, 2019
