France have announced that former players Julien Bonnaire, Sebastien Bruno and Jean-Baptiste Elissalde will be Jacques Brunel’s assistants.
The news was broken on Wednesday with Bonnaire set to take charge of the French line-out, Bruno the scrum and Elissalde the backline.
Consultants Philippe Doussy and Jean-Marc Bederede are also named in kicking and defence roles respectively ahead of the 2018 Six Nations.
“This innovative backroom staff mixes skills present at the hearts of our clubs and those coming from the federal set-up,” said the FFR.
